Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms govern the use of the cdalkit.tech website, the CDAL open-source software (Apache-2.0 license), the commercial CDAL Pro packages, and consulting and implementation services (workshops, pilots).

2. Software Licensing

• CDAL Open Source: The @cdal/core, @cdal/kinds, @cdal/adapters and @cdal/audit packages and the cdal CLI are provided under the Apache-2.0 license.
• CDAL Pro: Software delivered as part of the Pro package is licensed commercially to the purchasing organization, without the right to redistribute the source code to third parties.

3. Payments for Digital Packages

Payments for CDAL Pro digital licenses are processed by Polar Inc., acting as the Merchant of Record (MoR). Polar is responsible for settling applicable VAT and delivering the digital benefits (GitHub repository access).

4. Consulting Services (Workshops and Pilots)

Engineering services are delivered under individual B2B arrangements and agreements. Fees are invoiced via a VAT invoice issued directly by the contractor (Michał Sznurowski).

5. Money-Back Guarantee

CDAL Pro licenses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email contact@cdalkit.tech within 30 days of purchase. The full amount is refunded through Polar to the original payment method, and access to the private repository is revoked.
